What can we learn by studying school programs in the art museum? How might research illuminate the teaching, learning, and experiences that occur in the galleries? This chat will explore questions that guide research about school programs in art museums, including methods used, some possibilities these reveal, and the limits they pose. The discussion will point to significant findings, as well as to challenges faced during the research process. All are welcome to participate in this interactive chat as ideas are explored, approaches reviewed, and new directions considered.
